Every year you all (including me) new year, new you, new goals. Can't stop me now. And then you fizzle out by mid February.. admit it. I'm right. The thing is, if you need to wait for January 1 to start your goal youre already not benefiting your hustle.Start your goal when you have that fire burning under your ass. That moment when you're like.. shit I need to do something. Not when.. ok here is my new goal and I'll start it in a month. No, you need to take that fire and make it work. Here are some tips to make that goal work:1. Micro goals: don't overwhelm yourself and start with training 5 times a week. You'll get fed up. Start with 2, then after a few weeks jump to three and so on and so on. Start slow. 2. Find balance, if you're saying I need to clean and your following a plan where you're cutting your food intake by 50% eating 4 almonds for a snack. You'll be hungry. Fed up. And hangry. Don't do it. Find the balance which works for you. Be realistic. If the end goal is eating clean, find a healthy balance for you which works. 3. Don't negate your work, be positive. Lift yourself up. Find a tribe which does the same. Get a coach, get something but you got this far. Keep going. 4. Treat yourself, realistically. 5. If the goal isn't sticking find the action and then the goal. You're having trouble working out, but you do your bed every morning. Bed done - work out clothes on - work out - workout done. Make it easy, be realistic and you're half way there.
